Welcome to Loaf, a mobile inventory management application developed and maintained by Veryfied PLT, located at Jalan Cempaka, Ampang, Selangor 68000, Malaysia (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loaf mobile application (“Loaf” or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Loaf, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

1. Description of the Service

Loaf is designed to help users catalog, manage, and organize their collections and crafting materials in an intuitive and accessible way. This service is particularly tailored for collectors who seek to maintain detailed records and visual inventories of their items. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms and may expand to include a fully functional web-based version in the future to enhance accessibility.

2. App Purchase

Loaf is a one time purchase app, per-platform/Operating system. Purchases are handled through Google Play Store and Apple App Store in accordance with their policies. Loaf does not issue direct refunds; all refund matters are subject to the terms of the app store through which the purchase was made.

3. User-Generated Content

Users can store various types of content to Loaf, including photographs, notes, tags, item descriptions, and other related metadata (“User Content”). By submitting User Content to the App, Veryfied PLT is not liable for any content you store on your device.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by storing it, you affirm that you have the legal right to use and share it. You may not store content that infringes copyright, violates laws, or includes obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate material. You are liable for the content you store.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must agree not to use Loaf in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others. Specifically, you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with the App

  • Access backend systems or APIs without authorization

  • Use Loaf for unauthorized commercial purposes or resale

  • Upload malicious code, including viruses or spyware

  • Facilitate or participate in illegal trading, such as trading contraband or restricted items

  • Use Loaf to harass, threaten, or harm others

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action if deemed necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Loaf name, branding, user interface, and associated intellectual property are owned by Veryfied PLT. The Loaf logo was originally created by the company and may not be used without prior written permission, even though it is not currently trademarked.

The App integrates open-source libraries governed by licenses such as MIT and Apache 2.0. Use of Loaf implies your agreement to comply with the terms of those respective open-source licenses.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of Loaf is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. This policy is accessible at: https://veryfied.my/Loaf-privacy-policy-en.

We use analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Analytics to gather anonymized data that help us improve app performance and user experience. By using the App, you consent to such data collection and usage.

7. Disclaimers

Loaf is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be free of bugs or that it will always function without disruptions.

While we strive to maintain a high standard of service, we make no guarantees about uptime, data security, or uninterrupted access. Users understand and accept the risk of occasional service outages or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veryfied PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Loaf. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or damage to personal property.

Our total liability to any user for any claim related to Loaf shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. If no payment was made, liability is limited to zero dollars (USD $0).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify users via in-app messages or updates posted on our website. Continued use of Loaf after such changes become effective signifies your agreement to the new Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly to stay informed about your rights and obligations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of Loaf are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class action, arbitration group, or collective legal claims.

11. Third-Party Services

Loaf integrates with services provided by third parties, including but not limited to Google adn Apple. We do not own or control the privacy practices, policies, or operations of these external services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk, and you are encouraged to review their individual terms and policies.
