• The user has recently signed in with a Google+ account

• Typically new users and have yet to perform any new verifications

• Take caution as they may pose to be fraudulent users

Three check marks

• The user has recently signed in with a Google+ account

• The user has added their business or personal phone number

• These users have taken the first initiative to prove their legitimacy on the platform

• These users are less likely to pose as fraudulent users

Five check marks

• The user has recently signed in with a Google+ account

• The user has added their business or personal phone number

• The user has added their NRIC or SSM profiles to their account via our AI checking software

• These users have taken the second initiative to prove their legitimacy on the platform

• These users have even lesser reason to pose as fraudulent users

Yes, this feature is available for all users, buyers included.

Is it definitely safe to transact with a user who has more than one check mark?

Having more than one check marks does not provide complete assurance that transacting with the user is safe. They might ship out the items but we can’t confirm items arrive the way you ordered them. You are advised to practice caution when dealing with sellers and hope to serve as the buyers third opinion with all the information provided.
