How do I accept a group invitation?

Our group function was specifically curated for stores to have multiple agents under one store. Here’s how to accept a group invitation:

Mobile App

• Launch the app

• In the profile page select ’Groups’

• Select ‘Requests’

• View the group and check that it is correct

• Select ‘Accept’ to join the group, or ‘Reject’ to deny the group invitation.

• Done!
